VFW POST 11435 OKs web site

OKINAWA CITY , Japan (March 25 , 2007) -- VFW Post 11435 members agreed during their March monthly meeting that the post will continue to host a web site and approved the monthly cost of the site.

"The design of the site initially will be kept simple," said VFW Post 11435 webmaster Adam Johnston. "Basically, we're using the site as a way to advertise our services to the community and as a means for potential members who are eligible to join us to be able to find us."

The post virtual web site was launched earlier this month. "I ask folks to be a little patient as we develop the site based on the needs of the post," Johnston said. "I'd like this eventually to be the way post members get their information about the various activities we are doing within the community," he said.
